you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not
reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." --- (2 Corinthians 9:7)
God does not NEED our offerings, but we give to the Lord to
thank Him for all He has done for us, especially for saving us from sin.
We also give as an act of faith that God will provide for all our needs.
And, the church needs the offerings of the members to carry on the ministry of
the church.
